TERMS and CONDITIONS.
FOR BREEDING:
Pasture breeding only, unless otherwise requested, or needed(for kickers). Shoes must be removed and mares MUST be halter-broke prior to accepting. Breeding payment(s) due in full before mare leaves the ranch. They stay as long as needed to get in foal. Live foal guarantee on all stallions.
FOR SALES:
Most forms of payment accepted. Open to possible partial trades, though we are trying to cut waaaay back on anything that eats. Payment plans available with at least half down. We are easy to work with and like to see that our horses go to excellent homes.
